A1.What are the advantages of the synthetic hair wigs compared to the human hair hair wigs?

            The wigs made with High Temperature Fibercan be permed or curled.Use a flat iron/straightener or tongs.

            The wigs made with Low Temperature Fibercan not be permed or curled.

            NOTE:All the synthetic hair can not be dyed.

B.Why the length is not same as description?

            We measure the length of hair when it is stretched to the straight style, and we measure the wig from the top of                  hair to end, the wavy and curl hair will be much shorter when compared with the straight hair. Please pay attention              to the proper length before placing orders, thank you!

C.Whythe color is not same as description?

           Differencesin colormay be caused by some reasons such as color reflection in the monitor, lighting,background                etc.However if you think that the item you  received is wrong,Please contact us asap, we will solve it for you.

D.Why the wigs get tangled or shed?

            The wig will get tangled due to dryness, oil & dirt build-up, salt water,chlorine and not combing out your hair daily,               make sure to wash & condition your hair at least once a week, twice a week is better.

            It's normal that the hair has a little shedding the first time you wash it. Brush the hair with a comb, wet the hair                     before you brush it.
